Comes with 3 pieces (both sides and the actual key holder). The problem with the 03 is300 keys is the small plastic part that holds the key ; it always breaks. I was able to replace that specific piece on one of my keys and for the other one I just replaced everything and it looks perfect!

This plastic key fob replacement for my 2008 Lexus 350 fits perfectly - good strong, smooth fit with no gaps at all! When putting it together, the fit into the key sleeve component is very tight near the end, so I used a needle nose pliers to gently squeeze down each side of my key into the sleeve (just search for a how-to video on utube if you have trouble). FYI: The seller states in the product description which car years, makes and models can use this fob so check first to see if yours is a match. Also, my replacement did not have the Lexus logo on the back which is not a big deal for me since it was much better than the tape I was using to hold the original together as well as way better than the $200+ the dealer was going to charge me to replace it through Lexus (they do not sell just the plastic case-their replacement has an uncut key inside that they then cut to match yours). This product is a great replacement to the original design defective case shell ignition key for the 2000 Lexus RX 300 . What makes it different is the "neck" piece which strengthens the case to withstand the frequent gyration of the ignition key to start and turn off the vehicle. The original Lexus case breaks rather easily because it does not have the neck and it is therefore subject to all the hand pressure of the turn on an off action of the ignition key. On the other hand the installation of the"old ignition key and the entry FOB remote " is very easy to assemble especially with the help of the small screw driver provided as a package. Although I do not know how durable the piece will be , I think is a Good Product .
