ADhd daughter - I can absolutely testify these have completely helped my daughter with ADhdHer behaviour has improved so much, she is ALOT calmer, which has made her receptive to ADhd talking strategies.I noticed this huge improvement but made a very good error when we finished her first box, I thought I would try a gummie version from amazon, a different brand, it wasn’t until 3 weeks had gone by when her behaviour was very different that I realised this was what had been helping her! My Son started having some very challenging behaviour at school towards the end of last year and the beginning of this year. I done alot of research and came across these. With nothing to loose I decided to try them and Omega 3. There has been a massive improvement in his behaviour could it be coincidental maybe but I am not going to stop these and find out. My son likes the taste and he reminds me every morning to give them to him. Will definitely keep using them

These seem to work well, my child is more relaxed and generally sleeps through the night, which is why I ordered them and I use them with the magnesium tablets.

I've taken L-Theanine for a few years myself to help me relax but never thought about it helping my daughter. She has ADHD, anxiety and is being tested for ASD. When I saw other reviews on here I thought they must be worth trying. As others have stated, the melt downs and crying immediately reduced to almost none and she's become significantly less anxious and more confident. Concentration has improved slightly however others have said it takes a few weeks to become apparent and we are only 1 week in. One other thing to note, she's become very chatty since taking these although I'm happy to answer a 100 questions instead of dealing with meltdowns!Update - no change in terms of attention at all however the reduced melt downs means we are now buying our 3rd pack of these.
