Delicious shirataki noodles,Super crunchy 🫠I made VOK style shirataki with chicken, carrot, sesame oil , some garlic and onlion.Better than in Chinese Restaraunt 😅Highly recommend this product

Sadly not for me
I was really excited about these noodles as they are seemingly the perfect low-calorie noodle. The whole bag is 12 calories which is crazy to think about. Unfortunately, the texture for me was not something I could get past. They are extremely gooey, chewy, rubbery. I tried prepping them in different ways and drying them out as much as I could, but I just couldn't get rid of the texture. I also having been reading that they are not digested very well, so be cautious of that if you have a more sensitive stomach.
