These are excellent adjustable TYZKMY handbells, and they were delivered with care by two people ('cuz they are heavy.) We love these. It is so easy to change the amount of weight you want on them, just turn the handle to the desired weight selection, then lift the dumbbell out of its stand. I actually like these better than a pair of older BowFlex dumbbells that we've had for a while which are also nice, but were a lot more expensive, and requires more steps to change the weight settings on the old ones.) It is easier to change the weight setting on these TYZKMY dumbbells, and they are much less expensive than our old BowFlex ones were that we bought years ago. We wanted some adjustable dumbbells in two different rooms, so that the two of us (my wife and I) could work out with them at the same time. These are very effective for working out. You can use the same exercises you would do with barbells in addition to exercises that are specific to dumbbells, but these take up a lot less space in the room that they are in. The quality seems very good, and we expect these to last us for a very long time. OUTSTANDING PRODUCT--We highly recommend these!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love these dumbbells. They’re a bit bigger than I thought they’d be, but they function so well. The turning mechanism is super easy to use. And I love the stand.

Nice adjustable dumbbells..easy to adjust fast and use,feels closer to actual standard dumbbells in size for full range of motion along with not having to worry the plates will fall off while lifting so it feels safe. Very functional. If you're looking for a good price and preformance of adjustable dumbbells i would recommend

I have been very pleased with this purchase. The adjustable dumbbells are so easy to switch from one weight to another during my workouts and they take up very little space which is the main reason I purchased them. I also love that these adjust in 2.5 lb increments. Many of the adjustable dumbbells go in 5 lb increments.

Won’t be mad at it, my only reason for not being a 5 is because when adjusting for 20-30 pounds, putting it back is a bit hard lol. The ending weights don’t line up sometimes and takes a few wiggles.

Husband loved it. Easy to switch between weights. Perfect size if you don’t have a lot of space

They are ok. They came damaged and are not as sturdy as the set I bought from a different company.
