Natural remedy to restore calmness
I used to take lemon balm a couple of years ago when I started to have anxiety. Unfortunately, with working in London it has returned. It took a couple of weeks for me to see a difference but they do work well with meditation, good food, water, and sleep. Thanks for providing high-quality supplements. Extra star for being vegan.

Feeling the positive effects of the lemon balm after only 2 days. You can taste that there’s no added crap in it. The tablets were filled to the top (on the photo I’d taken 4 out already) so there’s no skimping out!Really easy to store box with it being so slim too rather than bulky bottles

I was keen to write a review on this to help people and to thank the company who makes it, as I tried Ashwaghnda and rhodiola rosea but didn't help me to sleep well and fast like this one , and I am a kind of person who hardly fall a sleep especially when I do overwork , please keep doing this brand with this quality
