The sleeves fold over to cover their hands. I really like these gowns. Plus when your little one is growing out of all their sleepers, these gowns still fit.

Q: What is the weight says on the preemie?

I don’t know what the weight says but my granddaughter weighed 8 lbs 4 oz and is 20 inches long and the preemie size fits her great, even a little big. The newborn size is big on her.
