Another addition to this great series of books. Simply by reading the yellow sections of these books, you’ll learn so much relevant anatomy and physiology. The author has done the hard work to condense so much into just a few pages. Brilliant !

Not for someone looking for detailed programmes
Great for breaking down how the body works and how different body types may affect they way you lift and your exercise selection.. Also some good information I haven't heard before and I thought I heard everything.. The programmes could of done with a better progression scheme rather than just a list of exercises. Some percentages would of helped.. Overall though I think everybody would get something out of it
