Great flavour
I struggle to find gluten free brown/wholemeal flour for bread making and it's lovely to have a homemade gluten free loaf.

Gluten free flour
Made an excellent loaf of wholemeal bread in the breadmaker. Purchased 3 1kg bags. Reasonably price as no p &p. Would highly recommend. Bonus it arrive one day early

Very tasty
This was my first try at making bread with gluten free flour. Good taste, but I have yet to get the bread maker program right. I recommend this bread flour.
