1pc Replacement Battery Exogen 4000+ and 2000+ Bone Healing System 81025147

In the past I have only been able to use my Exegon 4000+ by prescription. But I have recurring foot problems and decided to try a replacement battery. Works perfectly! Watched YouTube video (which isn't that great) but good enough to show me how to replace. Took a few minutes to remove the old battery but no problems with replacing. So glad I can get my $1000+ bone stimulator out of the back of the closet and working for me again!

Works great! Perfect replacement battery for my Exogen Ultrasound Bone Healing System. I used by Exogen system which I purchased new from an Exogen representative through my doctor’s office to help heal a fibula stress fracture, and the original battery died about the time I achieved full healing of that fracture. But when I suffered a different stress fracture in my foot and my doctor again recommended the Exogen system, Exogen said that my device was too old to be serviced and they wanted to sell me a new device. Since my original device cost me almost $1000.00, I wasn’t happy about the thought of shelling out another $1000.00 just because Exogen refused to service my old one.So glad I found this replacement battery on Amazon. All it takes to remove and replace the battery is to remove the plastic label off the back of the device, remove the two screws under that label, pull the device apart, unclip the original battery harness, and clip in the new battery. I am into week 7 of using the device with this replacement battery and it is going strong! Highly recommend.

This allowed me to turn on and use an old exogen 4000+ that was given to me from someone who used it years before. Very thankful!

It was a perfect battery for my exogen. The exogen device company refused to service / or even offer what was to be done to make my device work again as it was not supported currently. They suggested I should get new order from my physician and buy a new model. After the battery replacement, it worked like a charm. So much to the greed of company’s to make you buy a new product even when what I have would work perfectly by replacing the battery. The battery seller was awesome and shipped the product immediately.

Update: Got approximately 270 treatments from the battery.Original review: It worked!!! All I did was watch a couple of YouTube videos for installation tips; Easy to follow. It appears to have reset the counter. The hardest part was removing the plastic label glued on the backside to reveal the two screws that open the unit. Could not be happier.
