Just what I needed
The media could not be loaded. This water bottle holder mount is exactly what I was looking for! My bike had a built-in mount on the frame, but I used that space for a bike bag, so I needed an alternative solution, and this one worked perfectly.Installation was quick, but because my handlebar has a weird shape, the mount ended up being at some angle, which doesn't bother me at all. I attached it to my handlebar, but it would also work well on the seatpost or downtube if needed. It feels very secure and stable, with no wobbling even on bumpy trails. The mount holds the bottle cage tightly, and it fits standard water bottles just fine. I’ve tested it on long rides, and it hasn’t slipped or loosened at all.The build quality is solid, and the rubber padding on the clamp helps protect the handlebar from scratches, which I really appreciate.Overall, it’s a great solution for bikes without pre-drilled holes or for adding an extra bottle cage. Highly recommended for anyone needing a bit more hydration on the go!

Works Great!!
This was exactly what I needed! The bracket did tend to “slip” over rough terrain, so I took the advice of another reviewer, and cut a piece from an old bike tibe to make a gasket. Cut the tube to fit the width of the bracket and long enough to wrap around the bike tube. Perfect!! The bracket is solid, and does not move at all!! (I will use the bike tire tube for gaskets in the future!).My bottle cage mounted perfectly to the bracket and works perfectly. I am pleased with this purchase and recommend it to others who need a mount with flexible placement options.

Hard plastic spacers are useless
Thanks to all the reviews that mentioned issues with the solid spacers. With that info I looked around my basement for anything that would offer resistance and found a roll of black neoprene tape. One rotation around my handlebars, tighten down the hex bolt and that thing seems solid. Attached my favorite bottle holder and I'm all set. Easy to grab and much safer than reaching down while I'm riding. This thing is all metal, very solid. If you don't use the included spacers there is no plastic to wear or break.Ratings: out of the box 4 stars, once modified and installed, 5 stars.Update: Turns out one rotation of tape is not enough, two or three times around the handlebars will give a much firmer grip.

Great option when there is not a place on the frame
It is a great alternative when the bike does not have a place for a bottle cage mount. It comes with a spacer for either 25.4 or 31.8 handlebar. It is very sturdy, easy to install and looks great. Very stable option.

Wow a holder that works as it should
Perfect in every respect. Holds water in place without swinging down as my last holder did.Amazing design and it works as it should!

Great little device
Works great. I got tired of reaching down for my water bottle and taking my eyes off the road. Found this neat little device on Amazon. I mounted it on the handlebar riser using one of the spacers and it fits perfect.

Flawed execution. It will constantly become loose.
There are two problems with this water bottle mount. First is that the cage attaches to the seat post clamp with a single bolt and there is a bunch of slop in the slot the holds the cage vertical. The cage will rock back and forth eventually loosen the bolt. No matter how tight the bolt is there will be slop because that joint is poorly designed. I "fixed" this by using JB weld to hold together in the desired orientation. The supplied seat post shims are hard plastic and not hard rubber. Eventually the clamp will slip. Having to supply your own epoxy and rubber shims kind of ruins the value for money.
